Invitation to Comment on MSPO MS 2530 Surveillance Audit of Yee Lee Edible Oils Sdn. Bhd

Yee Lee Edible Oils Sdn. Bhd has commissioned SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd. for the audit and certification of its Management Unit against Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO), MS 2530:2022.

MSPO MS 2530:2022 is a Malaysian Standard that enable the oil palm growers and millers to enhance the sustainability aspect of palm oil production. With the MSPO certification, the players will be able to make claims that their products are produced sustainably. The sustainable aspects covered in the Malaysian Standard MS 2530:2022 comprise of the following:

• Management Commitment & Responsibility
• Transparency
• Compliance to legal requirements
• Social responsibility, health, safety & employment condition
• Environment, natural resources, biodiversity & ecosystem services
• Agriculture best practice
• Development of new planting

In relation to the above, we would like to invite you to provide us feedback on any of the above issues by returning the attached reply form before 28 April 2025. If necessary, the audit team will arrange a meeting or telephone discussion during or before the on-site audit for further details.
